The current crisis is affecting and affecting us all. In times of need, various initiatives are ready to show solidarity in order to support different sectors. With our #wesupportlocals initiative, we at anybill would particularly like to be a support for companies that are currently unable to operate their business, restaurant or even café due to the current situation. But these companies are exactly the ones that make our cities so livable and lovely. In order for these favorite places to be retained, it is necessary for companies to have financial resources - especially in the current situation.

Show solidarity together

With wesupportlocals, we have created a platform that supports exactly these local companies. Owners of shops, restaurants and cafés can register free of charge on our online platform. Customers who care about the existence of their favorite places can then find the registered shops, restaurants and cafés on the portal under “Favourite Places” and then provide support. Customers can purchase vouchers for a certain amount via our platform and redeem them after the crisis. The full amount of the voucher is paid out to the companies immediately and customers then receive the voucher by email.

A solution without profit from Regensburg

Our team from anybill — a startup from Regensburg — is behind wesupportlocals. Our goal is to digitize and connect stationary retail and gastronomy with anybill. That is why supporting local companies during this difficult time is particularly important to us. All amounts of money paid go directly to the companies. Together with our partners, it is important to us to be able to offer a cost-free and profit-free platform to support favorite places in the best possible way.
